Today we went to fun diving at Chibishi Islands .

The diver is Tomoyuki , he dove with us 2 years ago .



Long time no dive , but he was back to fish soon .

On the way to dive sites , it's hard and rough .


But under the water , very calm , super clear and many fish .

On the boat , looks like cold . In the water is more warmer than air .

Anyway we got 2 nice diving here .

天気がいまいちで　道中　ジェットコースターでしたが
潜るところは　穏やか　透明度もＧＯＯＤ
魚の群れやら　カメやら　ウミウシやら　クマノミやら
沖縄の海を満喫してもらいました

次は　恩納村　サメポイントで　がっつり潜りましょうね
そして　次回は朝まで　飲みましょうね

Today we went to fun diving at Kerama Islands .





The divers are Akio , Mika , they dove with us at Kume Island last week .



And Kei . Everybody are going to Yonaguni Island in this winter to see Hammer head sharks .

So we did last check about new item , new skill , how to use under water camera .

The front roll entry from boat .

It's different from forward roll entry , the purpose is to sink down straight and quickly .



Under water , we lost red color in the photo .







Tried many different setting of camera .



Focus is not only turtle



And micro stuffs

It's second day and last diving at Kume Island .

The team is Akio , Mika , Shiori and Toyo .

The Main guide is Mr.Machida who is the boss of the Kume Island diving association.



Before diving we got a briefing about today's plan .

Our big purpose is Black Mantaray .

1st place is Mantaray station .



Unfortunately no Mantarays , it's nature .

Second dive , we went to Tonbara to see big and cool stuff .


It's very beautiful place and looks like under water ruins .

Similar as Yonaguni Island under water ruin .

Also good school of Black fin barracuda .


After lunch , we went to Mantaray station again .



Big one there , but not Black one .



So we are very happy diver with Mantarays in 2 days .

And we decided to come back here to see Black one next time .



After dive , it's party time !

ブラックマンタ見たくて　マンタステーション攻めましたが

結果　でっかいマンタ２枚　トンバラで　バラクーダの群れ　ネムリブカ

可愛いウミウシ

。。。。　この島に絶対に帰ってくる決意を胸に

夜は宴です

本当に楽しいダイビング２日間でした

町田さん　素晴らしいガイドであり　船長であり　歌が上手でした

Kume Island is 100 km west of Okinawa main land . 30min by airplane or  3hourss by ferry .



This remote isalnd is not major before , but last summer we got super good news .

There are some Mantaray spots . Black Mantaray also comig around here .

So we made diving tour today at Kume Isalnd .

The flight time is 07:40 - 08: 15 . The local diving service picked up us at air port .

30 min to get marine , and ready for diving . The boat depature is about 09:00 .




The first dive place was Mantaray station and we made it !



We are so surprised it , we never expected when I woke up this morning only 3 hours ago .

The Mantaray was swimming slowly and stayed same place .

Easy to take photes , movies . Very nice diving at first .



Second place is Tonbara .



Famous for Tuna , Blackfin barracuda , Hammer head sharks .



School of rainbow yellowtails .




Huge Tsuna .




School of Tsuna .




Visibility is super clear .



Not Hammer head sharks today but many big stuffs .



Last dive mantaray station  again , we tried to look for Black mantaray .



Smilely face ascidiacea





Skeleton panda ascidiacea



Looks like family lives in bushes





No Black mantaray , but very nice diving today .




So we can't stop waiting tomorrow .

We wish to see Black and more Mantarays .

Also good chance to see Hammer head sharks .

久米島　沖縄本島から１００ｋｍ西にある島

飛行機で30分　フェリーで3時間

この島は　マグロや　バラクーダなどの大物　

カメはもちろん　マクロも　地形も楽しめる島ではあったが　

そこにさらに朗報が

なんと　マンタステーションが発見されたとか　しかもブラックマンタも現れるとか


という訳で　リピーターのＡＫＩＯさんに誘われて　やって来ました久米島！！

空港から　港へ　そして着替えて　あっと今に大海原へ

１本目はいきなり　マンタステーション　心の準備が　って思っていたら



初っ端なから　出会っちゃいました　マンタ！！

目の前で優雅に泳ぐ姿に感動！　数時間前に布団から出て　あっという間にこの状態

驚きました（笑）


２本目は　手が届きそうなところに　ツムブリの群れ　マグロの群れ　バラクーダの群れ

贅沢でしたー

３本目は　ブラックにかけてもう一度　マンタステーション


。。。。

。。。。


マクロも楽しめるガイドに　癒されました

思い通りにいかないのが自然　これも楽しんでダイビングですね



初めての久米島は　想像以上でした

そして　想像以上に　カメラが下手って事に気が付きました（笑）


明日も３本　楽しく潜りましょう！！
